We are a fast-growing tech company looking for a highly organized and bilingual Personal Assistant to help us scale our remote engineering team. Due to business expansion, we need to recruit multiple technical specialists in mobile reverse engineering – specifically Android and iOS (reverse engineering). Your main role will be to assist our hiring manager in sourcing, screening, and coordinating with candidates, as well as facilitating smooth communication between our management team and the technical candidates.

Post job ads and manage candidate pipelines on various platforms (including Chinese tech forums/communities if needed). Screen candidates for basic qualifications and language skills. Coordinate interviews and technical tests between our team and candidates. Translate/interpret technical requirements, job descriptions, and feedback between Chinese and English. Assist with onboarding paperwork and remote work setup for hired engineers. Act as a communication bridge – ensure both sides (company and candidates) clearly understand expectations, technical stacks, and working arrangements. Fluent in both English and Chinese (spoken and written) – you will be translating technical content regularly. Previous experience in recruitment coordination, HR admin, or personal assistant roles (tech recruitment experience is a big plus). Basic understanding of Android/iOS reverse engineering terminology (e.g., APK decompilation, dynamic debugging, IDA Pro, Frida, etc.) – you don’t need to be an engineer, but you must understand what the hiring manager is looking for. Self‑motivated, detail‑oriented, and able to work asynchronously with a remote team. Familiar with remote collaboration tools (Slack, Zoom, Trello, etc.).
